How to remove MSN Messenger from Windows XP Permanantly

Click Start >> Run...

Paste this line into the Run... box:
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
Now that annoying MSN messenger program is gone!
